EPX courier services - Damaged goods

On 29/10/2020 EPX courier services collected goods from our supplier in JHB. On the way to Middelburg MP branch the goods were damaged to the value of R5,865.00. A claim was logged submitting all photographs and an invoice from our supplier stating the value of the goods that were damaged by EPX courier services. Sending e-mails, making phone calls to Riaan / Azelda and Hannes on a weekly base to try and follow up on the status of my claim, still this issue is not resolved and i do not receive feedback from neither of them. I explained how this damaged my company's reputation as my client already paid for the goods that were supposed to be supp**** to him. This is absolutely unacceptable, my goods were damaged by EPX and now after almost 2 months i still do not have feedback as to when my claim will be settled!
