EPX Courier Services

Worst courier company to deal with. I sent a perfectly working 65" TV from PMB to CPT. Bubble wrapped & Boxed. Added insurance etc. TV was inspected by 3 members of staff at local depot prior to dispatch. Found to be in perfect condition. When delivered to recipient in CPT, TV was dropped off & driver left without opening package to ensure all in order. Package was immediately opened & found to be damaged beyond economical repairs. I immediately reported this to EPX. There were clear visible signs of damages on the box correlating with damages to the TV. After a month of "investigations" EPX rejected my claim & ever since I've been given the run around. Credit to Vinod {EPX Dbn.} he did try to assist. However their decision stands! Shocked at their decision as all evidence points to their negligence!

Please rather consider dealing another courier company that would not dodge accountability
