BAD SERVICE EVER,, THE DRIVER WAS SO RUDE

EPX courier company disappointed me on a first dayof using them, so here's the story the guy(Mxolisi Maseko from Newcastle) he called me around 10am telling me he have my parcel from Durban with him he then asked me whereabout in Vryheid am in i tried to direct him as much as i can, he then told me that he's on other Location not the one am in and he can't come to me, mind you those 2 Locations are not far from each other..he then told me that apparently he have a lot of clients to deal with today so i must come to him and collect my parcel, i told him he can't do that how come? Cos the parcel has my address Details even house number and i am directing him he then dropped off his phone..I thought he was on his way to my Location.. i loaded airtime and called him again in 10minutes time he responded by saying that he's no longer around Locations he's in town now busy working so i must stop calling him, he'll come back to me..i asked why? He then dropped his phone i didn't call again, called Newcastle office they said they'll call him but they never came back to me.

In an hour or 2hrs later the called guy called me told me that they received the call from office lady she said i must come to town(Vryheid) to pickup my parcel because they're on their way to EDumbe(Paulpietersburg) i said I can't come to town. i begged them to come to my Location i explained to them that it's not too far from town, i will direct them all the way,he said he don't have Airtime so he can't stay on the phone i said no problem I'll buy airtime and call them till they're here the they agreed, i directed them they got into my Location in few minutes time, i showed them that how close they were when they called me in the morning its just by opposite, The guys who was driving he then responded said" Sisi our company told us to deal with Contract customers first, so the reason why i said come and pick up your parcel from the other Location we were in, its because most of our company's contract customers they're in that Location"

EPX COURIER COMPANY Really??? You told them that?? So you don't care about prepared clients because your contract customers are the most important ones????

I am so disappointed the guy on the driver seat he was even making noise on the street, he was laughing at me the time he was leaving, he shouted at me through the window while driving

I am so disappointed that was very pathetic service ever
