Bad business

I have never experienced such poor service before. They take my cargo the Western Cape from Gauteng instead of Limpopo, don't try and fix their mistake in a hurry. Upon arrival my basin is shattered, first they apologize profusely and now after another week they are blaming other people now.y parcel was picked up on the 6th of August, I am still waiting for my goods to be replaced This is not acceptable!!!
