Refund

I got an e-mail from them telling me that they owe me money they want to refund to me , i called so many times waiting for finance manager to contact me back and also sent e-mails to different people including the finance manager but still no reply and no one is helping me at all. Im tired of calling each and everyday with no luck and i dont knw which e-mail to use now to contact Ept in order to get help cause with the other e-mails I didn’t get help at all.
