Horrible Service.
We have paid fees in full and not receiving any service!!!! No one is answering calls all week having to drive to Kempton Park what is the relevance of a landline? WhatsApp service that you guys have? and I have not received any assistance people take lunch as they please a lady by name of Zinhle is *********** I gave her enough grace for a service that I am paying for all that is required is an allocation start date which needs to be communicated prior so we can get accommodation! In this economy one has to drive all the way but still not get assistance I would suggest even after all the success you still have some customer service towards paying customers.
