What a shame Epson SA

Dear Epson.

I can't even begin to exclaim how disappointed we are in your products and services. We bought one of your L365 printers for R3999 on 13/10/16 from Incredible Connection Festival Mall. A couple of months ago the printer head started giving us issues and we handed the printer in at Incredible Connection Southcoast Mall. The catch comes in whereby on the box of the printer there is this HUGE sticker stating that the printer has a "Permanent Warranty-Covered Printhead". Now unless I'm missing something here or was misinformed in life regarding the word "Permanent". I would assume that an issue with said part would be fixed and or serviced free of charge. But I guess the joke was on us seeing that the company Incredible Connection uses are now holding the printer ransom for a cancelation fee after I refused to pay for the printerhead. So I guess the printer can stay with them. What a waste of R4000. I will never eeeeever buy any Epson product again nor will I ever suggest it to anybody...
