Re: warranty registration

Pathetic customer care. Pity because product is ok, but there's no way of registering for warranty, which is clearly written on the box . That's false advertising. I've eventually got feedback via email, and they keep forwarding issue to someone else who then re-asks me to email proof of purchase etc. etc. In the mean time the window of time to register is running out dince purchase. I've purchased other printer brands without this issue. Not good enough Epson!
