Problems with cash back offer
Epson offered R 700 cash back on their L 6160 Printer. I purchased 2 of these machines in March 2019 for R 9 998 for our Greyton Animal Welfare Society. Both were purchased within the dates offering this cash back offer. All the necessary paper work was completed and sent in, including pictures of the printers and their serial numbers. Now 6 months later we have still had no money back? I cannot get a reply from Epson.
