Problem with epson cashback promotion

I bought an epson printer through takealot on March 6. When I tried to apply for the cashback the site tells me to reload or enable cookies. Only problem is cookies are enabled and if I reload, all the data that I have entered gets cleared. I have tried this on multiple browsers (firefox and chrome).
