Outstanding service from Epson SA printers

I would like to thank Epson Support for their outstanding service. Recently I had an issue with the scanner on my L5190 Epson printer. I sent a message out on Facebook Messenger yesterday, a short while later, I received their response the same day, to say that Support would contact me. I then received a follow up with a phone call from Remano. Remano guided me through the entire process, he was courteous and professional and in a short time, my scanner was working perfectly. Epson printers rock!
