I bought the Epson L6170 in February 2019, advertised with a 3 year warranty on registration. the printer won't turn on and I got a repair for R5600. I enquired about the 3 year warranty and was firstly told it's a 12 months warranty. when I reverted with the 3 year warranty proof they simply returned the printer unrepaired to Makro claiming I did not register the warranty.
