Issue resolved satisfactorily
I had logged a complain on 30Jul2021 regarding the epson printer which was not functioning properly. After having raised the issue with Rene His****, she ensured that I get the issue resolved speedily and satisfactorily. She also gave me a courtesy call to check if am happy with the printer after it had been fixed.
