False advertising on running costs!

Do not buy an Ecotank printer, they claim saving on ink costs but the inkpad only lasts 4 to 5 months with moderate use and you cannot buy a spare but have to book it into a repair centre of which the cost of courier at over R500 each time is ridiculous, not to mention the downtime!!
