False Advertising by Epson SA

I had a terrible experience with Epson. I bought a ecotank printer from Incredible Connection on 16th January 2021 and got a cash back voucher of R200-R2,500 valid until 31st March 2021. When i claimed my cash back, i was told the offer has expired. I need to report the fictitious advertising by epson Also took it up with Incredible Connections but had no response yet
