Excellent service

This is for the Epson intl call centre.. I wanted to pay my commendation to Robin from the Epson call center who handled my call yesterday 5 aug. He was patient, clear, concise and genuinely helpful. I really want this message to get to him, his manager and company and wish him well in his career....my kids think I'm such a hero for fixing the Epson printer....all because of him. The world needs more people like him.
