Epson terrible service

I bought an Epson 3in1 Printer from Game. The printer stopped working and printer was sent away a month ago for Epson to fix the printer or replace. for the past two weeks each time I follow up, I am told the printer will come back next week. just to be told, it will probably be back the following week.
