Epson Printer not working
I bought a printer yesterday and spent the whole day trying to set it up. I've been on the phone with tech support twice this morning trying to sort it out. the printer works for 5 minutes and then doesn't work again. Tech support is not coming right, and tell me if i want a technician to look at it in person I have to pay a call out fee. This is unacceptable, I spent a lot of money for a printer I spent weeks researching to make sure it was compatible and suitable for my needs and now I have to pay extra to get it working.
