Epson printer
I bought a printer with the intention of getting R2000 cashback as explained by salesman at Incredible connection. I did the online process before closing date but after enquiries they tell me that they have no record of my submission. I have sent numerous emails to Epson and now they tell me they can't do anything about it Want to return the printer now and I am told the have a 14 day return policy
