Epson Guarantee worthless
I purchased a Epson L3111 printer on 26 Feb 2021 and returned it on 24 Feb 22 as the paper feeder was faulty. Still in guarantee. It was sent to Partserve after the 1 year guarantee (few days later) but quoted to repair. Today i still have not received the printer. Epson (Wisani) not interested in resolving issue so the guarantee is worth nothing
