Epson Ecotank Printer problems

I bought an Epson ecotank printer L3260 last year January, within 6 months the printer started giving problems. The cyan ink was printer in pink, so I sent it in to Epson to be fixed. They returned it stating that the printer nozzle and head were cleaned, it was working but a month later when I wanted to print, it started printing lines on the page. Sent it in again 2 weeks ago, and a week later, the cyan is printing pink again. I phoned their customer care yesterday, and the lady said someone will phone me back. Still haven't received a call. I would either like to rquest for a refund or for I new printer. I cannot always take it back for repairs every 1 to 2 weeks. Please assist.
