Epson Cashback Campaign flawed UPDATE

This is a followup on my initial posting. Ms Etta of Epson South Africa, after realising that I have a problem updating my profile (additional banking info) successfully updated the profile. Its seems proper to wait now. Will keep you posted. Thank you for help.
