Dud Epson printer

We bought an Epson printer from PC International in October 2019 which started causing problems immediately - we were told it wasn't an issue as it was printing blank pages. this problem continued intermittently. we then went on the xmas break so the printer was not used over a 4 week period - when we got back it kept saying print head needs cleaning, which we did but the blank pages continued.

PC international refused to take it back - we had to take it to the supplier who we had to pay R290 just to tell us the that printer head was damaged and that this particular printer was an out of box dud. However they would not write a letter stating this so that we could claim damages and get a new printer.

I now have to wait 2 months for repairs to be done and will be given the same dud printer back. I am a very unhappy customer - don't buy Epsom printers - their support and back up is very disappointing.
