Dissappointed in Epson SA support

The Epson printer itself is brilliant, but the same can not be said from their support. I have bought a new printer under their promotion and have struggled for close to 4 weeks now to register the extended warranty. Numerous emails have been met with complete silence on their side. Each time I need to phone the call centre to follow up around what is happening with the registration, and each time there is little response.
