Disinterested tech support agents!
Called the technical support number. The first agent was absolutely disinterested and quite aggressive. He just told me to go to the walk in centre. When I asked him to at least try and help, he sent me back to the switchboard. The next agent (Cannon) was as disinterested. He also didn't want to try anything and kept telling me reload the driver, which had nothing to do with the problem. To get rid of me he said he would email me a link for a download that would help. He never did. I ended up having to figure out the solution myself. Absolutely ******* service and no one to phone or email to share the experience.

26 Aug 2020, 12:11Epson's response to my complaint has been exceptional. They hooked me up with a hugely knowledgeable and obliging agent (Etta) who spent over 2 hours resolving my problem. We all get things wrong sometimes but they have bent over backwards to remedy the issue. Many thanks Rene, who runs customer service, and Etta, who was amazing!
