Disgusting after sales service on a 5 month old machine.
I used my brand new printer for 5 months it has been in for repairs for 4 weeks and they have not yet started repairs. I was recommended this printer by incredible connection, and now the repairs centre tells me I should not have bought it to print photos which I told the salesman I wanted to do.
