AWESOME SERVICE

I was assisted by Etta on the 21st July 2021 after attempt by her colleagues had failed to connect my scanner. I have to say that i was doubtful of her ability to support me and had specifically asked for one of her colleagues by name. But with he calm manner she convinced me to be supported by her as her colleague was on another line. I surely got the resolution I had hope for first time around and truly6 grateful that I got her. It had been a hit and miss for me with the helpdesk team. Thank you Etta for an AWESOME SERVICE delivered calmly. I truly appreciate it.
