****mer! Andre Oberholster from Engineering Pro Worx is a ****mer. I placed an order for a container house with him end of 2026. I paid all the money upfront (R400K), the container was dropped on site with no steel structure or blocks underneath as promised. He has never been to the site and has been making promises for the last 2 months to finish the house. At this stage I have the 2 containers onsite - the quality of the work is the worst I have ever seen in my life, and he owes me R56k of solar, a deck of R19k, 2 geysers R8k and refund for the gas installation, gate motor with solar R6k. He keeps making promises to finish but every week there is another excuse. In the mean time I found 2 other people that was ****med as well. Never do business with this guy, all he tells are lies, he stole this money from me which equates to +-R120k for work not finished and products not received. Work not completed: Solar R56 000,00 Deck R19 000,00 Gas bottles R4 500,00 Gate motor with solar R8 150,00 Gas stove R500,00 2 Geysers R15 760,00 Doors R7 040,00 Lintels R2 320,00 Labour R2 000,00 Window tint R1 500,00 R116 770,00 This excludes costs that I have to incur to move the container and put a foundation, as they only dropped the containers on the grass.
