ANDRE- MR EMPTY PROMISES!!
🚨WARNING 🚨 Don't trust these people!! Here is just some of the evidence of how long we have had to beg André to come and build the structures for which we have already paid more than 75%. We even had to turn away potential tenants!! So we are not only losing the interest on the hefty sum of money that has already been paid, but also potential rental income!! After our first posting on Facebook, they again promised they'll arrive that coming weekend. And then the date was postponed to today. Again, it is just more empty promises and still no structures!! Andre doesn't answer my messages and he and his team still didn't pitch!!

Andre Oberholster Engineering Pro Worx - ****MER!
****mer! Andre Oberholster from Engineering Pro Worx is a ****mer. I placed an order for a container house with him end of 2026. I paid all the money upfront (R400K), the container was dropped on site with no steel structure or blocks underneath as promised. He has never been to the site and has been making promises for the last 2 months to finish the house. At this stage I have the 2 containers onsite - the quality of the work is the worst I have ever seen in my life, and he owes me R56k of solar, a deck of R19k, 2 geysers R8k and refund for the gas installation, gate motor with solar R6k. He keeps making promises to finish but every week there is another excuse. In the mean time I found 2 other people that was ****med as well. Never do business with this guy, all he tells are lies, he stole this money from me which equates to +-R120k for work not finished and products not received. Work not completed: Solar R56 000,00 Deck R19 000,00 Gas bottles R4 500,00 Gate motor with solar R8 150,00 Gas stove R500,00 2 Geysers R15 760,00 Doors R7 040,00 Lintels R2 320,00 Labour R2 000,00 Window tint R1 500,00 R116 770,00 This excludes costs that I have to incur to move the container and put a foundation, as they only dropped the containers on the grass. This guy is a **** and a *****! I will me be submitting case of ***** / theft at the police. Andre is also the singer in the band Tamatie, in the East Rand.

Never believe any promises Andre of Engineering Worx make. They are the biggest ****mers under the sun!! On the 8th of August 2025 we paid the 75% deposit as required and also the transport costs upfront. They never showed up!! They even sent us a lawyer's letter to confirm the date that they will start not even that helped them keep their promises. Do not be fooled! This is a ****!
