Your staff member stole my phone

I had the worst experience this past Sunday at the Engen garage just next to Mpumalanga, about 100km away from Johannesburg. I was on my way from Durban when we decided to stop for a quick lunch at Wimpy. Worst decision. This review won't bring my phone back but the cleaner there, the one who was responsible for cleaning the toilets on 26th May 2019, she took it. I'm not making false accusations here. But she took my s10, because she entered the cubicle that I was in, and when she went out, she told me that she didn't see a phone. Again, this won't bring my phone back. But I've had to pay an excess of R6k to have insurance reimburse me. I was so tempted to go back today and demand that she bring back my phone, and have her do a lie detector test. I still might do that. The inconvenience caused, I'm so angry right now.
