Wrong Petrol amount deducted

On Monday Monday I received very poor service from Engen Garage in Connaught road Parow. They put in R100 petrol which I saw when I drive away from the tank and when I received an SMS of how much they deducted it was R200.

I turned around to confront the petral attendant and the 2nd incharge as the owner was not available. The petrol attendant insist he put in R200 which was not the case. I complaint by the 2nd incharge, all she was saying "do you know the petrol increased last week". I asked how are we going to resolve the matter, she advise that I must come back 2 o clock when the owner MR Parker is back, very inconsiderate because I need to be at work at 2 o clock.

I feel that in today's economical condition I am being ****** with R100 worth of petrol which is alot now adays.

I will not stop at any Engel garage to put in petrol.
