Worst Service from staff

I went to Engen Cornwall in Pretoria and proceeded to wait my turn. The attendant once finished with the car she was filling, stood in the same spot. Another vehicle came in after me and she proceeded to fill that car. I went over to two other attendants who also refused to move from their spot and were busy chatting to each other. I told one attendant that the car came in after me but he's being served first and they are not helping anyone. The attend then proceeded to my car and I asked why they were not looking out for clients. He (Musa) then became very rude and arrogant. He said that I must not ask him why he was standing and talking there and proceeded to argue. Due his aggressive nature and tone I declined any further interaction with him and sort the manager. The manager(Jacob) came to the forecourt and I explained everything. He took my details and said he will check the camera and provide me with feedback which never happened. Pathetic when the petrol price is high and service is cheap!!!!!!
