Worst Service ever - No respect for their clients and their vehicles

Hi, at some time during the beginning of this year my daughter went to the Engen Garage in Codonia Street Waverley, Pretoria. While the attendant was putting the petrol into my car he turned and walked into the petrol flap which then broke off totally. They said they would get back to us to let us know when and how they will fix this. A month or two passed and we heard nothing. I returned to the garage in August/September to enquire as to why we have not been contacted. We were taken to the owner who said that she would submit the quotes (which I got) to their insurance and let us know what they say. Another month passed and not a word from the garage. Once again i went there and enquired as to why once again i have not been contacted. The excuse this time is that they had lost my quotes???? I wonder if they have phone in their office???? Could they not pick up a phone and let me know. Anyway they requested that I go get more quotes?? More time and money spent on my side?? After a few days the owner called and said that the insurance declined the claim as my car is old and it cost to much?? PS - All of a sudden my quotes are found?? Is this my problem, NO they need to fix it. It has been almost another month and still no feedback from the garage. This is pathetic service from these people and needs to be sorted asap. My car might be old and ******ed up but its mine and i would like it to at least look a bit decent. If i could you wouldnt even get one Star
