Worst service ever

I was at Engen-Siyabonga Convenience Centre at CNR Main Reef and Granville in Robertville. I went to the store to buy bread while my brother went to the pumps to refuel to my surprise he comes to me to inform that they are refusing him service because he wants to use his card, I asked if this was a mandate by engender or something they came up with I could not get a response. None of the employees had name tags on so I could not identify them, I requested their names I don’t know how accurate is the information I received but the names I received are Jessicel, Melnes and Tatenda they were rude and of no assistance at all and this is the mos horrible experience I have ever received at a petrol station. I would like for someone to get back to me regarding this issue because If this how you conduct your business I’m scared for you.
