Worst experience at Engen Kroonvaal

My car is currently broken down due to water limits in the diesel dispenser in my vehicle being critically high. I have followed the channels provided by Engen to lay a formal complaint and they have denied any responsibility. They refused to test the fuel drained from my car so I had the test done myself. Results below: Water Content: 3.86% Maximum requirement: 0.035% Result: FAIL Free Water: YES Result: FAIL Visual inspection: Water visible Comment: “Water over limits for diesel.” If anyone else has experienced a similar problem specifically with Engen Kroonvaal North kindly reach out.
