Worst experience at Engen

Appalling Management at the Engen Garage 19 Heidelberg Road Roodekop. I was blamed for the scratch caused by their dilapidated window squeegee on my windscreen. Despite the proof being clear after showing him the motion of how the window was cleaned (which never changes) and how this caused the scratches. And yet I was blamed for it since my incident was an isolated incident. Which also cannot be proved since this could have occurred to anyone else and they may have responded in the same way. I have never experienced such disregard for customers in this manner!!
