With the cost of fuel/diesel - u'll need customers to support ur business!!!!! - Too bad, so sad!!!!

Hi, had the worse experience with Engen Filling Station Gordon Road, Florida Glen. Filled-up my vehicle with diesel. The petrol attendant over-filled the tank, leaving about 3 litres of diesel running down the side of my vehicle. My husband got out of the car, and asked the gent why he spilt diesel, only to be told No, I didn't.... my hubby was watching him in the rearview mirror, so it's not like he didn't see the spill. The first reaction was of denial, then came the racial part saying ' don't speak to me in that manner'.... my hubby only asked him to look what he's doing, and to do his job properly. After getting the manager of the Engen to come and show him, that there is a diesel spill, and showing his hand where he wiped off the diesel on the side of the vehicle. The manager's reaction was ' put it in writing' and he'll see what he can do!!.... seriously??? You'll never have my money or anybody else's in my social circle to support Engen with that kinda attitude. Go suck eggs!!!
