What Service??

Waited for over 10 Minutes to get assistance at Parklands Engen at Esther Park (Kempton park) while there were no cars, yet petrol attendants were roaming around, having conversations while drinking Dan Up and Milk, bursting out of laughter as if they had no duties to perform. A white car pulled up and waited for 5 Minutes and patience was lost, both of us drove away while they watched us. Not even a slight decency to hurry and finish what they were busy with should it be lunch or "tea break" but no, they just stood and continued with their nonsensical behaviour.
