Welkom Engine Garage Poor Service and lack of good customer service

Good day

I want to log a complaint from the subjected filling station. On 16 March 2023, I went to this filling station to pump my flat Tyre. I then asked the Petrol attendant (Joseph) if they use Samba card. He went into shop to Mr Khoza to verify, came back with feedback that we can use it.

We filled the car. Subsequent to that, they told us that the card is not working. Now we are left stranded at the filling station and the manager not available. The service for this filling station is the worst. I have been sent to different Engen. I had to use the same petrol before the manager came at 21h05. I need to drive to Kimberley to my husband and kids, yet I haven't received it help even now 21:36.

I won't recommend this service station to anyone because the rude staff members.
