Water damage to car due to water in 95 fuel from Clives Service station Isando

<p> Clives Service station in Isando, A fuel station where i fill up from time to time ended up with filling my car up with water contaminated fuel, At first I thought i had a fuel leak as my tank fuel gauge dropped from full to empty on the gauge in 80km, Open pulling into Honda at 80km into the fuel tank, they found that my fuel tank was contaminated with Water and showed me from a small sample taken from the tank and water drops that was seen on the fuel pump and filter removed from the tank.</p> <p>I requested Honda to provide me with a letter of the findings which i provided to Clive at Clives Service station who then told me it is not his problem and by looking at the small sample where a drop of water could be seen that I provided him with he also told me it is to little water anyway to cause damage. Bearing in mind the sample was scooped from the top of the tank, and the water goes to ly in the bottom of the tank. He then told me he handed it over to his regional manager Baneoang Pitso. Provided me with her contact details and for the rest did not want to know abouot anything. I then spoke to Mrs Pitso and discussed this matter with her, at first she was very helpful and later refused to answer my calls and blocked me on msg's I then raised it through to complaints department but the mails keep bouncing back.</p> <p>This whole situation has caused me to be late for work and unable to meet personal commitments as Engen refuses to support with a courtesy car and Honda's cars was all booked out in advance.</p> <p>Engen still need to pay the balance of the repair before i can get my car back and this is a great dissapointment as i always used Engen fuel in my cars.</p> <p>I have also attemptem to get in contact with Zama Tshabalala who is Mrs Pitso's senoir and also with Isaac Mwanza. but all my mails fails and got bounced back by their server as i attempted to mail from 3 different mail addresses.</p> <p>I have also since discovered that their is 2 other cars that picked up water damage from Clive's service station that very same week. which was 17/04/2016.</p> <p>Feel free to contact me to get this matter resolved as most attempts i make I'm unable to get hold of anyone.</p>
