Waiting 30 mins for fuel!!!

On Tuesday the 8th of Novemeber, i drove into the Engen Service Station, just off Durban Road, Tygervalley, Opposite the BMW, i pulled up to refuel my vehicle, and noticed other cars standing at the fuel bays, i then pulled up to one on the far right of the service station, and waited to be attended to, i looked again and the vehicles that were standing the when i had arrived, had already left and i had still not been assited, i then saw a petrol attendant walk past my car and just look at me and walk on, other cars then pulled up next to me and were attended to except me, i then saw a petrol attendant who was helping a vehicle parked on my left that arrived after me, walk past my car to get the card machine, i looked at the time and i had been waiting there for 20 minutes, then eventually a petrol attendant then strolled over not acknowledging me and he then just stood next to my car and waited for me, i asked him to throw in fuel and he then took his own time, i checked the time again and i have been now waiting for 30 minutes for fuel, that is really ridiculous and their service delivery is terrible i have had another problem with the same Engen regarding car washes
