Very rude, poor customer service

I was buying a pie and water, when I got to the till I asked him if they have a food warmer for the pie. He kept quiet used his hands saying I should put it down, I asked him again if there was a warmer He got angry and said he was not going to tell me to put the pie down if there was no microwave, I said that's what I wanted you to tell me before I buy. He started shouting at me everyone was now looking at me he took the pie and water and put them aside he asked for the next customer I then asked him if wad going to help me he said no he was not gonna help me. Another customer offered to buy for me but I was very angry I said it's fine. I asked another guy that was Mopping for a manager he said the manager was not inn. I left without buying. I got a slip with their number I phoned them I spoke to Bongani told him the whole story he just said to me why didn't I ask for a manager when I was still in the shop then he dropped the call. I'm very very hurt and still embarrassed. You guys need to do something.
