Very Poor Service

Filled up at Engen Empire Road before getting onto the M1 South on Saturday 03 November 2018 around 11am. The attendant did not even greet, offer to check oil, water or tyre pressure. The attendant did not even have a name badge on and the uniform was so old and finished. When I asked the attendant why he did not offer, I was told "if you want me to check, ask me and I will" with no care or attitude. This is not the first time I had such a bad service at this station. Many times I stopped there ta 4:am on my to work and there are no cars but me, yet I wait 3-4 minutes for an attendant to wake up and come serve me. Service at this place is non existent.
