Very Poor Service

Very bad service, On Saturday 30/06/2018 i was stopping at Engen Garage Knysna Road to purchase cigarettes. On entering the store i saw adverti*****t that stated you can purchase two packets of Rothmans for R50. The cashier on duties gave me one packed and i asked her why is she only giving me one when the adverti*****t showed two packets. The cashier got very angry and started shouting at me about the special is over, i then explained to her that the adverti*****t states that you can get two packets for R50 and there is no adverti*****t that show an expiry date for this special. The other cashier than joined in the conversation as the first one shouted at me, but she then also got offensive when i explained to them about consumer rights. I am very disappointed and shocked at the manner they treated me as my consumer rights was being violated. I asked her to call her manager and she then advised that he is not on sight. I will make it my personal mission to notify everyone about the poor service i received from Engen Garage in Knysna Road George. My purchase was done at 00:22 as i was passing on my way to Knysna. I took a picture as they started *********** the adverti*****t in the store.
