Very Bad Customer Service

I went in to Engen Garage at Meadowlands Zone 2. I said to the teller/cashier (Karabo) please can I pay for Dstv he then rep**** me saying pay for it I ask him what information he requires. He said you want do you want you give me as information. This guy gave me unnecessary hard time making me a mockery in front of his colleagues. I find his service undermining customers in the township and very poor customer service. Forgetting who make the garage to continue to operate. I need the manager to address the attitude with the cashiers in this station.
