Utterly Poor Service from Engen (Oakdene)

I have received next to NO service at all from this petrol station/garage last Sunday. The attendants don't seem to have a care in the world. During peak times, attendants find the need to wash the car windscreens. Is this really necessary??? When u have cars queuing up, the attendants want to wash after the petrol has been filled, where's the priority in that???
