Urgent Follow Up on Vehicle Damage – Engen Stellenbosch Arterial

To whom it may concern,

On **26th January 2025 at 17:54 PM**, my fiancée and I visited the **Engen garage on Stellenbosch Arterial Road** to refuel our **silver KIA Rio**. We requested the attendant, Sicelo, to check the vehicle’s water and oil. However, it was later discovered that the radiator cap had not been properly secured, which subsequently led to damage to the vehicle.

An email regarding this matter was sent on **3rd February 2025** by **Charnelle Anthea Petersen (the vehicle owner)**, yet to date, no response has been received from Engen.

I am reaching out again to request urgent feedback and guidance on the way forward regarding this matter. Kindly advise on the next steps as soon as possible.
