Untrained employees

Today at engen skystop at OR Tambo international time 16 : 59 I stopped to put fuel in my car and clean windows i told the attendant to put in R230.00 unleaded 95 he then started to fuel luckily I noticed that he is starting to put unleaded 93 in and i stopped him then he start putting in the correct fuel 95 he already putted 3.179 litres of 93 in my car. My cars wipers was in open mode he then asked to put the wipers down and i told him that they are in open mode but yet again he does not seem to understand after he cleaned the windows it wasn't properly clean still had dirty bug marks on. Is this the way customers are your number one like you claim to tell in your tv advertising? Employees that doesn't know anything about cars and that doesn't listen to what the customers tell them? Untrained employment? This was pathetic service and if my supercharger or my turbo gets damaged due to the incorrect fuel that volkswagen told me to use only then im going to hold engen responsible for the damages. The attendant was NKOSIN and the Cashier was Fredd at engen skystop at OR Tambo international airport
