Unprofessional and Rude Garage Owner that Refused to take Responsibility for its trained workers' negligence!!!

I have a bad experience with Engine garage that is on York Street in George!!!! The engine of my car is damaged and needs a a major repair just because of a negligent petrol attendant and a garage Owner that does not want to take responsibility!! Already went for Diagnosis and the damaged will cost us almost 60 000 cause my car overheated due to the fact that my water tank was very empty when I simply asked the petrol attendant to pour water for me after pouring petrol!! And only poured on the wiper's side and assumed that the water tank was full without even opening it!!!

The Petrol attendant admitted the mistake when we went to report to the garage and the garage owner was very RUDE and very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! he was DEFENSIVE AND UNAPOLOGETIC about the whole incident and and he even said we can involve lawyers if we want, He doesn't care. He wont fix any damages!!! He was fuming with anger when we only just wanted them to help us repair the damage as their petrol attendant has badly inconvenienced us by not doing as request and He even said that they don't train their workers to pour water on customer's vehicles and on the other side the site Manager said they do train their staff to pour water and everything... I am truly disappointed at how the owner handled everything with anger!! His attitude is totally SICK!!!
