Unleaded fuel filled into my vehicle at Engen Palm Convenience Centre-Rinaldo Road Durban North

Had an incident in September 2017 were unleaded fuel was filled into my diesel vehicle,service station is refusing to pay for the repairs, says the excess is more than the cost of the repairs.has been ignoring all calls & emails, liased with the area manager as well, but got absolutely no response or joy.
